PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS

• A3 3D MACHINES: 195 degrees, 8.30 minutes

• MUG PRESSES: 190 degrees, 180 seconds

• 3D MUG MACHINES: 380 degrees, 400 seconds

The printing temperature and time may vary depending on the machine, transfer paper, ink brand, and your design. Remove the transfer paper 2 minutes after the printing process is complete for better quality results.

NOTE

Our mugs are dishwasher safe. However, due to the chemicals used in dishwashers, it is natural for these products to develop deformations such as scratches and fading, just like with all products.

Because our mugs are made of porcelain and ceramic materials, they cannot be insured by cargo and warehouse companies. Therefore, all damage to the mugs resulting from shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Our company has no liability.

When ordering mugs, you can minimize potential shipping damage by placing your order in multiples of boxes. For bulk purchases, we sell by pallet and can ship from our warehouse. One box contains 36 mugs. To reduce the risk of breakage, order your wholesale mugs by the box or in multiples.
