Sublimation-Ready Materials: Not all materials can be sublimated. The surface of the product to be printed on must be polymer-coated (white or light-colored) to hold the ink. For t-shirts, fabrics containing at least 60% polyester are ideal. Products like mugs, keychains, and phone cases must have a special sublimation coating.
Heat-Resistant Tape: Used to prevent the transfer paper from shifting during printing. It is durable at high temperatures and leaves no residue.
